What is the minimum order quantity?
Generally, the wholesale M.O.Q. is 1000pcs for small size bulbs and spotlights, 500pcs for big size lamps. But about some on-line selling models, any quantity is ok. Please contact with sales for asking on-line selling models.
What is the packing details? How to charge the packing?

If quantity above 1000pcs but below 3000pcs, then regular paper color box can be offered, the extra cost for color box is 70USD each single model.

If quantity above 3000pcs, there will be  no extra cost for paper color box packing.

If quantity below 1000pcs, packing is neutral white box packing with label or with neutral color box packing. But, if you insist on customized color box packing below 1000pcs quantity, then the extra cost for color box will be more charged by printing company, it depends on you.

Other costomized packing also available, such as blister packing, window open on color box, silver print. etc. You only need pay extra cost to printing company.

What is the payment term?

Payment term is 30% T/T deposit, balance 70% before shipment. 

About air shipment and small amount order below 3000USD, 100% T/T before shipment.

L/C also accepted, but need firstly do bank risk estimation by our bank and confirm ok by our bank.

How to ship the goods?

By sea or by air depends on the freight cost and your planned selling time.

If by sea, then you need plan the order about 3 to 4 months in advance. Because generally ship need about 25-35days to arrival at the port, then you need time do customs clearance, after that, you need truck the goods from the port to your warehouse. Before that, you need consider factory's production time and sample confirmation time.

What is the production time?

Generally speaking, delivery time is 30-35days in low season time and 45days in high season time such as chinese new year. 

About some special models and special order which have stocked materials, that is 25days. 

About on-line selling models, that is 7-10 days.

About samples, that is 7-10days.


What certificates you have?

Have CE(EMC, LVD), RoHS, TUV,GS, and about Australia market have global-mark certificates. And about SASO certificates, in old year, we apply SASO for each batch goods before shipment for customer. In easy words, if you are satisfy with our products quality and if your market need, we will offer you the samples for applying any certificates which suitable for your market.


What is the gurantty time?

Gurantty time is 2 years. About promotion models, that is 1 year.


How to process a sample order?
Firstly, you choose your intersted models and quantity, and you confirm you want send the samples by our forwarder or by your forwarder, you can choose Fedex,DHL, TNT, UPS,etc. If you want ship by your own forwarder, then please tell us your express account number. Then we send you the proforma invoice of samples and air freight. After that, you pay the proforma invoice charge by T/T or on-line pay or western union. After receive samples charge, your sample order will be put in our sample arrangement systerm.
